What is Crotchet Beat ?
An interactive CD-ROM for Music Theory up to Grade 2, with explanations and plenty of opportunity for repeated practice.
Who is it for?
Crotchet Beat is designed for children of 8 or over, who have mastered the Grade 1 syllabus. Especially useful for those who find theory difficult or boring. Some adults are also happy to learn from it.
Computer system requirements
At present there is only a PC version.
Minimum requirements are: Pentium with Windows 95 or later; 8MB RAM; 68MB hard disk space; 256 colours; CD drive; mouse.
Recommended: Pentium; 16MB RAM; screen resolution 800x600; High Colour (16bit).
